About us

It was in Trás-os-Montes, in the interior of Portugal, next to the Montesinho Natural Park, that JulAid Chocolate Makers was born.

It all started in the most casual way possible and with a great passion for chocolate.

It was December 2018, close to Christmas, and among the presents were boxes of chocolates. From that moment on, we started thinking about making our own chocolate and we never stopped!

Between training, reading and traveling, our enthusiasm for chocolate exploded when we discovered Bean to Bar.

We said out loud: “We want to be part of this movement…!”

It's in our small studio that everything happens and the result could not be different!

With the best raw materials, high quality ingredients, selected single-origin cocoa, organic cane sugar and our creativity, these delicious recipes were born.

Making Bean to Bar chocolate is our greatest passion!
