A unique Trinidadian variety known as Brazilian Criollo is cultivated in the Davao region by a carefully selected group of farmers who are committed to quality, resulting in a complex and balanced flavor profile composed of floral, fruity and vegetal notes.

QUALITY
Variety: Trinitario monovarietal hybrid, known as Brazilian Crioulo
Flavor: Floral fragrances with mint freshness, floral notes of orange blossom, sweet and fruity notes of bergamot, red fruits and a balsamic vegetal tone.
Fermentation: Central fermentation, for 5 days
Drying: 8 to 10 days on covered drying beds
