In the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park, small farmers are producing incredible cocoa with a round profile, red fruits such as cherries and berries, floral notes and a smooth, chocolatey finish.

Fermentation: Pre-draining, followed by fermentation in 3-tier cascade wooden boxes.
Drying: Sun dried for 5 to 7 days
